1. 14-day money-back guarantee
Use it on your own tickets for 14 days. If it doesn't save you time, send one email and get a full refund. No questions, no forms.
The guarantee applies to every package (Essentials, Professional and Ultimate) and runs for 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@opstimio.com within 14 days of your purchase from the address you used at checkout. Mention your order or the email address on the receipt, that is all we need. There is no form to fill in and no retention call.
3. How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Once approved, Paddle refunds the full amount to your original payment method, including any VAT that was charged. Bank processing times vary, but the refund typically appears within 5 to 10 business days.
4. After a refund
When a refund is issued your license ends and you agree to delete the materials and stop using them. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of demonstrable abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
5. Your statutory rights
Opstimio is a trade name of Samigo, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 95972900. Because the products are digital content delivered immediately, EU consumers are asked to acknowledge at checkout that access starts right away. This 14-day guarantee is offered on top of, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
