Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your purchase and use of Opstimio digital products offered on https://opstimio.com. Opstimio is a trade name of Samigo, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 95972900. By completing a purchase you accept these terms. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

2. The products

Opstimio products are digital goods: AI prompt libraries, templates, playbooks, toolkits, learning modules and related materials, delivered electronically immediately after purchase. No physical goods are shipped. Product contents per package are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

3. License

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own professional work and within your own organisation, including adapting templates and prompts for internal or client-facing use.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or share the materials themselves (in original or lightly modified form), offer them as part of a competing product, or make them available to people outside your organisation. Multi-team and volume licenses are available on request.

4. Payment and pricing

All purchases are one-time payments. Our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, processes the payment, charges any applicable VAT and issues your invoice. Prices are shown excluding VAT; applicable VAT is calculated at checkout. Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.

5. 14-day money-back guarantee

If the product does not fit your operation, email support@opstimio.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. After a refund your license ends and you must delete the materials. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of demonstrable abuse (such as repeat purchase-refund cycles).

6. Updates

Your purchase includes all future updates to the content within your purchased tier. Updates are announced by email. We may evolve, reorganise or improve the materials over time; we will not remove substantial value from a tier you purchased.

7. Acceptable use of AI outputs

The materials help you produce work with third-party AI tools. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before operational use, for compliance with your organisation's policies, and for the terms of the AI tools you use. The products do not include access to any third-party AI service.

8. Intellectual property

All materials remain the intellectual property of Opstimio. Documents you create using the templates and prompts in your own operation are yours.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The materials are professional tools provided "as is". Results depend on your implementation; time-saving figures describe typical outcomes, not guarantees for every situation. The materials do not constitute legal, compliance or audit advice, validate compliance artefacts (such as ISO27001 or policy documents) against your own regulatory context.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including operational losses arising from the use of AI-generated content.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
